• The app concept, design, layout, and user interface
• The underlying code, architecture, and technical implementation
• The AI-powered neighborhood noise report system and scoring methodology
• All City Noise Guide PDFs and their content
• All marketing copy, scripts, and creative assets
• The report format, category structure, and verdict system
No portion of NightlifeCheck may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, rebranded, resold, or used as the basis for a competing product without express written permission from the owner. Any unauthorized use of NightlifeCheck intellectual property will be subject to legal action under applicable United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
